KDW Classic "Hit the Jackpot "
Every boat is eligible!
One lucky boat will win a $2,000 cash award by random drawing. At least one team member that fished on the boat must be present
at awards ceremony and must present official boat number to collect prize. Odds are based on number of boats entered
& present at awards ceremony.


KDW Classic "Treasure Chest"
In an effort to minimize confusion, we have adopted a new adult treasure chest format. Each boat is now eligible to win one of five (5) identical prizes, valued at over $800. Boat numbers will be randomly drawn to receive a treasure chest key, as long as the keys last (limited supply of keys to the treasure chest are available). At least one team member that fished on the boat must be present at the awards ceremony and must present the official boat number to receive a key.

KDW Classic Junior "Treasure Chest"
The KDW Classic is a family friendly event. In an effort to keep things fun for the kids, we created this exciting feature. Junior anglers who weigh in a fish will be eligible for fifteen (15) junior ‘Treasure Chest’ prizes...a crisp $100 bill! Each eligible angler will receive a treasure chest key, as long as the keys last (limited supply of keys to the treasure chest are available). Be sure to pick up your key voucher when you weigh in!

KDW Classic "Fish Box"
All fish weighed in are the property of the angler. However, anglers wishing to voluntarily donate their catch can do so in the tournament 'fish box'. One raffle ticket will be given to each angler who donates their fish (only one ticket per angler, regardless of the number of fish donated). The tournament committee will not accept fish or issue raffle tickets for fish that are not properly iced. This year's fish box awards (2) are valued at over $300 each and are sponsored by Salt Life.

Ande Mono $1,000 Big Fish Bonus
We're pleased to announce that the tournament committee has added a $1,000 cash bonus which will be awarded to the angler who weighs in the heaviest eligible fish of the Classic. Adult and Junior anglers alike are eligible for this bonus award. Special thanks to our good friends at Ande Monofilament for sponsoring this bonus prize.

King & Queen of The KDW Classic
This coveted award is presented to the male & female anglers (all ages eligible) who catch the heaviest eligible species overall. While there is no additional cash award for this honor, there are tournament bragging rights to the title, which includes the winners names being added to the perpetual KDW Classic trophy.

West Palm Beach Fishing Club Member
$500 Heavy Weight Fish Award
This special bonus award of $500 cash will be presented to the individual WPBFC member who weighs in the heaviest eligible fish of the tournament. You must be a club member in good standing to be eligible for this award. It's not too late to join...if your not currently a member of the Fishing Club you can download an application on the web at westpalmbeachfishingclub.org It pays to be a WPBFC member!
